Application for EEA citizen

Post by Kate73 » Tue Jul 28, 2015 9:23 pm

Hi,
Can you please help me to answer my questions?
I'm from Poland.I have never applied for pernament residence but I have been working in UK for last 6.5 years.
What should I write in 1.3 point: Please say when you were given indefinite leave to enter/remain in the UK ...can I leave in with no answer?
And also should I mention in point 6 Biometric enrollment about the fact that during my English test my finger scan have been taken or that's not important?
Thank you :)

Leave 1.3 without answer.
Have you done WRS in time?

Yes, I had.
One more question: what should I write in
1.1 ?Somebody said H.O. reference number but I don't
think so.The only one number I have is the one from
WRS.

Make sure you provide your p60 for 6 years or if you cant call HMRC for Employment history to send you your Employment history from the beginning of when you start working and that will cover you for 5 yrs treaty right and 1yr for BC....

Good luck

You need to provide all absences for last 5 years per point 2.2 on page 11 of the AN form.

Point 2.4 on page 13, you need to provide details for 6 years on what basis you were exercising treaty rights.
