Hi Sneha,

Yes, they have given a vignette valid for 30 days , letter about collection of BRP from specified post office once arrived in UK.

you have to collect within 10 days of your arrival.

Hello All,

I submitted my settlement visa application at Mumbai South VFS office on 22nd July, 2015. I haven't received any email from British Deputy High Commission. Mumbai confirming the application has been received. Normally for earlier applications for Visit Visas, I used to get the email within 2 days. Could anyone tell me that do they send such email for settlement visas or how long it takes. At least, I will be sure that application has reached at BDHC Mumbai.

Thanks

Thank you, PariJ.
I did enquire the status using the above link and got a reply that UKVI has received my documents and application is currently in process. Seems like they sent mine's to Delhi too like yours, that might be reason, I didn't get confirmation email from BDHC, Mumbai. Now the countdown begin!!
