Sorry for the long reply. I've sent email to AppointmentExceptions@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and they forwarded it to NationalityBiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and it was sorted in around 3 weeks timegeriatrix wrote:Did the issue get sorted?
