Are you travelling with anyone?
My husband has his own workpermit and he may come with me or travel himself, Do you know it is related to spouse visa question. or general questions.

Have you made an application to the Home Office to remain in the UK in the last 10 years?

1. Your country of residence is India.
2. You are an indian citizen. So, select yes.
3. Straight-forward question. If he plan to travel with you, put his details. Otherwise, not.
4. All in the last 10 years.

Changing from dependant to Tier 2 migrant

Post by kpatel » Fri Jul 31, 2015 1:44 pm

Hi Friend i am really disappoint from my NHS HR.

I requested my sposorship from last 2 months and I was promised to get it soon. But from two weeks new person joined HR with 30 years of HR experience.

When i call him about my visa sponsorship, he send me simple letter saying we need you so NHS request to UKVI give me work visa.

I am shocked he don't know what COS he simply send me this letter to apply visa.

Now i am going to meet him and clarify all my requirement. Before I meet him could you please answer to my questions.
I am Biomedical scientist SOC Code 2112 (Occupations skilled to PhD level), salary 21600.
What will be my score points??
I am currently on Tier2 Dependent visa in UK and switching to Tier2 from India.
As per my understanding I have to ask rCOS from my employer right???
Do my employer have to conduct resident labour market test even my Occupations skill is at PhD level ???

Please don't make multiple posts on the same topic, and keep your queries regarding your Tier 2 application in this topic.
