Benefits andEEA family Permit

Hello Everyone,
I am EEA national working also claiming child tax credit, child benefit and housing benefit, few months before we had a new born baby In May i applied EEA 2 for my baby still didn't hear anything from Home Office,on 30th this month i am traveling to India with my family as its very very emergency without waiting for EEA2 decision and from India i will apply for EEA Family Permit for my baby to enter UK i just wanna know as i am claiming Child benefit for my baby and other benefits is there will be any problem for my child to get EEA FP should i withdraw benefits.

Please any one know

Hi,
I recently received my PR and applied 9 months ago. I was claiming CB, WTC. my wife was claiming CTC and I successful ly received my PR. I m asain and wife EU national. I m not sure about other benefits if it ll create any problems except the above
