It looks clear

If you had tier 1 HSMP

You must have showed 70-80 thousands as self Employemnt

Or self Employemnt

Or if Tier 1 Enterprenuer

Then

What business

You did

And how much tax you paid

If showed 60-70 thousand as self Employemnt and no tax paid

Then huge problem

They don't interview everyone. One of my friends got his visa on same day at Croydon office yesterday. His appointment was @ 10:00. They took only one and half our and gave him visa without asking any questions. He came to uk 15 days before me. His case was straight forward without any refusal.

Hi All,

I am new forum member and need an advise from forum memebr;
I applied for the ILR on the basis of 10 years long residency in January and it is almost 6 and half months, I requested the Home office to expedite my application on 7 july 2015 as I have to do immediate travel.; but due to the lack of response from Home office I withdrew my application and currently waiting for the documents return.
Yesterday I recived the letter from Home office in which case worker stated that she only recieved my request on 29 july for the case expediation and my case is under active progress but they can not take the decission on my appliation until 24th of October because they are waiting response from another goverment department or agency to verify some of the information or documents I have given to them.
the Thing I can not understand is the only document I provided them are my passport holding all my visas over last ten years, bank statement, copy of driving licence, Life in UK test and English test. what are they trying to verify when all of these documents are originals ? can some one please shade some light on it please? or is it just the standard reply they send to every one when they can not complete the case in 6 months?
My immigration history is, I cam here as a student in 2005 then switched my visa to student Dependentin 2007 (my wife was doing PHD during that period from Birmingham university), switched to Tier 1 general in 2011 (on the basis of Job), got the extension in 2013 which is valid until nov next year (Majority of the income is through job + self employment).
they are going to return my documents as I told them to withdraw my case, but I am wondering is there a way I can find what enquiries are they making about me.
some one advised me to get the SAR will the SAR hold such information.

any help and reply from forum members will be much appreciated.

Thanks

What about your Tier 1 tax affairs. Declaration of tax to HO and Hmrc is same? Why u withdrew it ? u mentioned u want to travel but its the matter of your 10 years. and i think if u withdrew they will not refund your fees.

Hi ,

I only user the self assisnent in my extensio, only for the partial amount because majority of the incombe was from employment.
The documents submitted to home office and HMRC are different because tax years are different.
But my point is even they are verifying this, this can be some in days 5 to 10 days or home office even can do this over the Phone and FAX so why are they taking too long.
The dessin for withdrawl is my mon is not well and I need to go back, not worried about fées at the moment.
Can some one give me email address or fax number of the Home office which I can use to contact them please tommorror to get my documents backs ASAP. Please
Thanks

Its a rare case and he is lucky that they gave him opportunity to defend his case and case worker wants to clarify something from him.

HO can call anybody for an interview if they want to.

HUGO1985 wrote:Hi All,

I am new forum member and need an advise from forum memebr;

Hi Zee Ali and others,

I only user the self assisnent in my extension, only for the partial amount because majority of the incombe was from employment.
The documents submitted to home office and HMRC are different because tax years are different.
But my point is even they are verifying this, this can be dome in days 5 to 10 days or home office can do this over the Phone and FAX so why are they taking too long.
The dession for withdrawl is because my mon is not well and I need to go back, not worried about fées at the moment.
Can some one give me email address or fax number of the Home office which I can use to contact them please tommorror to get my documents backs ASAP. Please
Thanks
