If we have created 10 jobs within 3 years, can we use same day service to apply for ILR?
Do we need to pass Life in the UK test to apply for ILR?
Would dependents be eligible to apply for ILR at same time?
What other requirements we need to meet to apply for ILR for accelerated route?
Your help is highly appreciated.
Thank you.
No, you need 5 years residence as a PBS Dependent to qualify for ILR because you applied as dependent AFTER the above date.5 years if you applied for that visa on or after 9 July 2012
NO, u don't.helpingperson wrote:Hi
If we have taken IELTS already for previous visa application, do we still need to take English Language Test if applying for ILR under accelerated route?
Below is from gov.uk website.
If your qualification expires
Some qualifications on the Home Office’s list will expire after 2 years.
If you’re applying for citizenship and took the test before 6 April 2015, your qualification will still be accepted even after it’s expired.
If you’re applying to settle in the UK, your expired qualification may still be accepted as proof if it was one of the following:
previously accepted by the Home Office in connection with another immigration application, eg entry clearance
awarded in the UK and is on the Ofqual register
You need to confirm your qualification with either a certificate or by checking that your results can be viewed online.
