Schengen visa needed?

Hi I am an non eea national on UK permanent residence. My husband is French. We are travelling to Paris together and I am not sure if I need a schengen visa. We travelling to Paris for 4 days on 13th August. I guess I have left it too late to apply for one. Please advise if j need a visa?

If you are accompanying your French spouse, I do not believe that you do. You will need to prove your relationship to him, so carry your marriage certificate with you.

You may want to check with the French Consulate, but I believe that you also qualify for a free, expedited Schengen visa on the basis of your marriage to a French national.
