Visa Checklist

Hi,

I am applying for Schengen Business Visa. My first port of entry would Vienna, Austria and then by car (Same day) driving to Czech (stay 4 days) and then to Germany (stay 5 days). I have called both embassies and confirmed I need to apply in German Embassy.

Could you please check if the following documents are correct please ?

1. Covering letter
2. Complete application form
3. 2 colour passport photos
4. original passport + 1 photocopy
5. visa original + 1 photocopy
6. Flight Ticket from UK to Vienna, Austria and then return flight from Germany to UK (travel proof within Schengen not included, like from Czech to Germany, as planning to take train tickets locally)
7. Letter from UK company stating letter from organization
8. letter from Germany company stating purpose of visit
9. fax from Czech company stating purpose of visit
10. Travel insurance
11. 3 months personal bank statement
12. Hotel Accommodation in Czech (4 days) and Germany (5 days)

Is this enough? Also would require a long term visa, is there anyway I can mention this on the application ?
