help please ILR BABY born in UK, no previous leave

Post by rknshree » Mon Aug 03, 2015 11:11 am

Me and my wife got our ILR approved recently , our one year old baby does not have any previous immigration status at all.
We couldn't include her as her Indian passport application was in progress.
I am aware that i can directly register her as British citizen using MN1.
But there are waiting times of 4-6 months for MN1 and I need to visit India urgently to see my parents.

I was confused on whether to set(0) or set(f) . Seems like since she had no previous leave, I will have to use set(o).
Lookng at set(0) , i am again confused as to how will it be filled ?
Will the baby's detail directly go to dependant section ?
Will my detail go in main applicant ?
What documents will be required for this ?

Please help.

Thanks,
Rkn

Sincere apologies. I don't know why i thought "using set(f) or not" needs to be posted as a different question.

Sorry once again.

Thanks,

I believe you can use SET(F).
305 applies.

The "child" is the applicant, but you (as parent) will sign the form on behalf of the child.
