can i use Set(f) for baby born in UK ILR

Post by rknshree » Mon Aug 03, 2015 12:59 pm

me and my wife got our ILR approved recently , our one year old baby does not have any previous immigration status at all.
We couldn't include her as her Indian passport application was in progress.
I am aware that i can directly register her as British citizen using MN1.
But there are waiting times of 4-6 months for MN1 and I need to visit India urgently to see my parents.

Can we use set(f) to get her ILR? She has no previous leave/visa of any kind ?

Please desist from opening multiple thread.

I find it most irritating.
