Path to ILR

Hi,

I got my visa entrepreneur after psw last month july 2015, and valid 2018. so my extension expected july 2018. #
so could you please guide me that i can qualify to ILR or not ?

The reason to ask the question is that it written above the post that ILR path is closed in 2018 for Tier1 Entrepenure.

As it stands now, what you are referring to re no ILR from April 2018 is relevant to Tier 1 GENERAL visa holders.

But as Sushdmehta has said, anything in the rules can change between now and 2020.
