Error of law hearing in Upper Tribunal

We have error of law hearing in Upper Teibunal in the last week of August.Please share your experience if you been in upper tribunal for this type of hearing.What is difference between normal hearing in first tier tribunal and error of law hearing? What sort of questions HO or judge will ask?
Do we need to submit new grounds of appeal or any new witness statement?
Can we take fresh document to show business is still running and growing with the passage of time?
Any other advice which will be helpful?

Logically it may mean that you might need to prove what was the error in law in your previous hearing that might have inituaiated this appeal hearing. Rather than the actual refusal, you might need to point out why do you think the previous decision is erroneously faulty. Take a professional guidance.

Long time no communication. Have ur hearing is take palace or still waiting.

We got hearing date. Our hearing is listed on 23rd of this month.

Did u submit any new witness statements.

Any further documents did u submit
