Family settlement- previous private medical practitioner cos

Post by 85 East » Tue Aug 04, 2015 10:57 am

Silly question, we're applying for my spouse's settlement visa and cannot find anything in the guidance notes with regard to question on previous medical treatment and whether it was paid for.

My spouse saw a private doctor in the UK, and had an ultrasound done at a BUPA clinic, all of which was paid for by us/insurance. Do we declare this on the form? It was paid for, and technically was only a diagnosis- not treatment, and obviously no NHS facilities or resources were used, however the form and the guidance notes don't seem to make any differentiation between public/private facilities
