Has anyone received any letter between July till date?

I believe the only one that has posted recent approval was dhruv87, would be great if anyone has information of recent approvals after last ceremony.

Did contact INIS and all they keep confirming is that my application is with the minister, has been there before the July 17th ceremony. Hopefully we will get something back soon

@ Mushtaqcheema in my opinion it can take anywhere between 1-3 months after your application has reached the minister. It can take longer depending on the complexity of your case. Could you please post your timelines? Thank you

You don't have to worry. Since you've updated the INIS on your renewed GNIB card and a submission is made to the minister as at late June, there's the likelihood you'd get a decision (approval) writhin the next coming days or just in time for the next citizenship ceremony in September or October. Good luck in your wait.

Hi Everyone,

It's been some journey for almost everyone who has been part of this family and I'm delighted to have joined. Some have gotten to the end and some (me inclusive) still await the decision from the humble minister with bated breath. I must say I live per second after each swearing in and I believe it would be same for most that are still in limbo pending the decision of the minister........

Latest update I got today after sending email is below:

Hi *************

Processing of your application is well advanced and you will be informed of
the Ministers decision in due course.

Regards

Niall O'Callaghan
Citizenship Division

I hope this bodes well as I my application was stated as been with the minister for close to 2 months now and was also stated as been at an advanced stage prior to that. Now I get a response saying it is well advanced....Does any of the knowledgeable gurus here ( ) know what *WELL ADVANCED* mean as I seriously have gotten to the very end of the road as regards what to expect next.

Thanks
Once again you'll are a great bunch!!!!

What this means is that a final decision is already made in your case by the minister and your file is back to the citizenship section of INIS and hopefully in coming days you should get a letter from the INIS conveying to you the intention of the minister in granting your citizenship certificate after you've met some conditions as applicable in your case like submitting your GNIB card and a payment of €950 for the granting of your Naturalisation certificate at a later date yet to be announced. Good luck in your final wait.

Congratulations for all those got approval letter. I am also waiting for my approval, but my garda card is expired. Is it necessary to send a valid garda card ? or i can send my expired one. i apply for renewal of my visa which i already got a week ago but local immigration officer says she is not able to stamp it until 21 August, nearly two weeks and after that one or two weeks wait for garda card, which is one month time altogether. I appreciate in advance if anyone can help me in this matter
