Hi,

I am just wondering if anyone can please response to the below,

I am on tier 2 general visa. I switched from psw in 2010 to tier 2. I extended my visa in 2013 which is valid till march 2016.
I am now applying for ilr on 5 years basis.
My question is which code of practice will apply on me.In case of 2015, will it be new employee or experience employee salary.

Your earliest response would be grateful.

Read 14(d) of Appendix J to understand when "new entrant" salary is to be used.

Hi,

You should have to use whatever mentioned in the recent COS(Certification of Sponsorship) that you had used for your Tier 2 Extension
