March 2015 Naturalization application timeline

Hi guys! Does anybody knows or heard of decision of application made by someone with immigration history such as (overstayed or removed from UK) after the new rules started on dec 11th 2014 "good characters"? I have sent my application on March 16th so far still waiting although I consider my self luck for not have it refused yet, as I still have hope in it. Will be much appreciated for some answers regarding this topic and I'm sure will help some people that have been in the same situation. (When I've applied I were told my chances was low on get approval but I was happy to go ahead and try.) I hope you guys have your approval letter soon specially those are waiting since jan/feb/ and early march) Thank you all and best of luck!!!!

It took exactly 5 months. They received my app on 5th March.

I will keep an eye on this thread. and now waiting for other approvals. May all the waiting applicants gets their brown envelope soon inshaAllah. keep us updated. lots and lots of prayers for all of you.

It is a good news that atleast they have asked you more information instead of rejecting it. Secondly this indicates that Your application is with the casework and is being looked at. I read it on other forum, HO asked for additional docs from somebody and the applicant recieved the approvals 2 weeks after sending the docs. So, your approval is round the corner mate IN SHA ALLAH.
