they say documentation collection timings are 8:00am-12:00pm

So husband is going tomorrow…we both r so nervous..keep us in ur pryers

So far those who have been refused recently seemed to have received a refund email for the healthcare surcharge, before receiving any other email/txt/call for collection.

So going by the somewhat recent trend, I'd say you will be granted the visa as you haven't received such email.

One girls was processed on the 28th, however she got the call yesterday they went today and it was refused yet no refund email

Ooooooooooo so it's anyone's game then. There goes the refusal email theory out the window.

Not always the case that one needs to send off a refund form
Am aware of many cases where the applicant has received the refund automatically prior to the email
Or even got the email then refund.
So nobody is lying and don't assume
There are different circumstances for different people
But it's guaranteed if one is refused then one of the 3 would happen

Refund with email
Refund without email
Request to complete a refund form

Salam to everyone. I am new to this forum i have applied for spouse visa on 09/06/2015. I have email to UKvi for two times one on 24/07/2015 and today 06/07/2015 and they send the same reply as below. I have double check my info is correct then after 9 weeks why they didn't have any update?

We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your
visa application. I have tracked the status (GWF********* and date of birth
30/01/19**) and found that there are no current updates. This could be
because the details that you have provided above are incorrect.

If it is the former you may contact us at a later stage once our records
have been updated. We will be happy to give you the current status of your
application. If the information provided is incorrect then please provide
the 9-digit GWF number and the date of birth of the applicant.
Alternatively, once the process has been completed and a decision has been
made the visa application centre will be in contact as per process.

This means it's moving on to the next stage

OMG waqas u must one of the few from june app that actual being looked or slowly progressing.

I'm in june haven't heard any thing last email i had was app recived islamabad 25/06/15

I hope they make a start also on june apps.
It would be nice to have some good news end of august.

As per my knowledge,this means your application is on ECO desk as soon as he will complete his basic checks he will update status on system .
Sometime they only update once they complete case and make decision.
I would suggest you to esclate the case in order to get latest stage.normaly after 7 weeks basic checks get completed.

Rizwan, I was thinking of escalating it on my 10th week (24th August) because a lot of people have got their visas within 10 weeks so that seems like a good time for us to start chasing it up?

As you people know dual citizens have overseas CNIC issued to them which says their Pakistani address too as well as their UK address

Our Nadra marriage certificate only has the Pakistani address on it. The Urdu nikkah nama (and English translation) has UK address. Would it create any problem ?
