Hi Nina
at 6th of April application fees gone up from 50 to 65 GBP, I was unaware about that I have sent them a £50 postal order. So they refused my application and send it back.

In your situation they might take the payment for non eea national application fee only. I dont know what you mean with EEA1. EEA1 is visa to enter UK and it is for free and valid for 6 months
Thanks Bilirserdar! By EEA1 I mean EEA QP (qualified person) for EEA national who is working or studying...etc. in the UK.
They are supposed to withdraw 2 payment. As both of us haven't receive any acknowledge letter or anything, tomorrow is going to be 10 days. We don't know that one payment withdrawn is for who. But on some similar cases I found out in internet, they either forgot to withdraw or accuse something wrong with your bank account and return application...

I have been in relationship for a year before getting married and applied for rc immediately after the marriage and the letter I have received says that my case will be considered for immediate decision after interview. Interview is for 4 hours. What this interview is all about ?

Hi everyone,

Quick question, I had requested my passport and marriage certificate back (so I can travel) and I'm wondering if I should send my marriage certificate back in? The home office and visa and immigration are saying no, but I'm not too sure! Id prefer they have it when they process my application. Any advice or thoughts?

If you gave them enough time with your papers, you are fine requesting everything back.

They usually need 10/15 business days with them from date of COA.

Hi Send your wife's new contract Asap to home office with a cover letter to add new contract on file. Plus ask you wife to give the name Of the manager and direct Line for them to call and ask if she is really working there.

In my case I wasn't aware that I had to because the application was sent in january and my husband was still working in that company. The application was returned because Of the payment. (Fyi they Didn't try to withdraw the money). As soon as I got a reply I send back the application in March. So I didn't think that I had to send back the new contract.

No because I wasn't aware that I have to because I first Apply in january so he was still working there. But I sent the application today with a cover letter and the updated documents and a special delivery letter inside so I can track back the application. Hopefully they process the new document fast and I'll get my RC soon. I don't want to wait another 6 months for reconsideration.
