Dependant of LR ILR applicant

my tier 1 visa will be expired on 2/01/2016 and my wife came to this country 27th Nov 2014, she got visa till 2/01/2016 did She can apply her extension with me or she have to wait until I got my ILR ? and please explain what category she is allow to apply her extension and when?

Doesn't the wife need FLR(M)? (Because the applicant is applying on Set(LR) not Set(O)).

Financial evidence of earning £18,600 required as well as English, accommodation etc...

If you are granted ILR before 02/01/2016, she should apply for FLR(M). If you are not granted ILR by 02/01/2016, she should apply for FLR(FP). Do note that because you are applying for ILR under LR, she will be eligible for settlement only after living in the UK for 5 years after being granted FLR(M)/FLR(FP) leave.

Thanks for your help Susdmehta did she have to pass a life in the uk test when she will apply her extension? and what kind of documents she need for her extension??
