I have ILR but my family members are still under Tier 2 ICT visa, can I claim child benefit for them?

Hi, when you say only on your name... What does it mean ? Because in the form, ask partner's name, NI no etc. should i leave as blank or fill up ?

Thanks

You need to complete the details that the form asks for and submit all documents requested. What I meant is that YOU must claim CB, i.e. not an application your spouses' name.
