Hi Very Urgent please

My husband tier 2 general was rejected due to a mistake now he is going for appeal

He lost the appeal post cover in whichh he actually was needed to send documents to chennai high commision and sent it in different cover but the courier was rejetced by chennai office.

Is there any way we can post them without cover given by them.

Please help.

Was the 'mistake' on the applicant's end or with the decision? If it was with the applicant, you will need to reapply anyway...

There are no appeals for refusal of entry clearance applications under the PBS route.
So what appeal are you referring to?

They are not accepting post at chennai as we lost the postal cover it had to be returned in.

What is the reason for rejection? You did mention that there was mistake but it is not clear whether the mistake made by EC or your husband? What does the rejection letter say?

It was the mistake made by EC since my husband was on Tier 2 ICT Short term staff migratnt partner that is my dependant till 2015 May in uk and letter he is now applying for Tier 2 General.

Ideally Cooling period does not apply for dependants but EC made a mistake that cooling period is applicable.

Am confident since my friend on same situation already got Tier 2 General visa

Do you have any idea how do we make for review via email or Fax.
