Spouse visa - time limits??

If you have a 2 year spouse visa for the UK, can you first enter the UK after 3 months from recieving the visa??

You may enter the UK at any time, starting from your visa's 'effective' date and before its 'expiry' date, provided your circumstances have not changed. However, if your initial entry is too late, you may have to apply for an FLR(M) (Further Leave to Remain) before applying for SET(M) (Settlement - ILR - Indefinite Leave to Remain).

You may make an application for SET(M) no sooner than 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the 2nd anniversary of your initial entry date (see Chapter 8 - Family members, Section 1 - Spouses (4.3)) and before your visa's expiry date.

Read the requirements of SET(M) now, as it includes suggestions of documents to be collected over the 2 year period.

Would you be able to enter the UK from another country apart from Albania, like Greece?

I don't know of any restrictions of where you may travel from.
