integra verification - what happens exactly?

i would like to know how this integra screen verifies the documents (especially employment details)? is it through phone or through personal visits or through fax/email? and what are the questions they ask our employer? please all EC applicants share ur experiences. it would be of great help.

i am sorry, i did go through that post earlier but it does'nt solve my problem. i need to know how this integra sceen verifies the documents? and not what documents they verify and i made this point previously. I WANT TO KNOW HOW INTEGRASCREEN VERIFIES THE DOCUMENTS PRACTICALLY? so i have requested those who have applied to EC to share their experiences.

What they do is , calls your emplpyer, discuss with him/her about your details. Sometimes, they talk with your manager, you, too.
