I have been residing in Republic of ireland, recently i was travelling and was stopped by Garda officer and they took me to station.
At the station an immigration officer interviewed. they asked my legal status to which I explained my situation that i was undocumented. They then informed me that they would be deporting me the same night back to england where i came from. (I have no visa for UK)
However after 3 hours of interrogation they decided to let me go and have now given me a section 14 form which states that i have to report back in 10 days.
i now need some advice. They have my current address where i am living and have given me a GNIB number.
do i report back 10 days? i am worried i will be deported if i do
I have a family member who is residing in Ireland who is happy to put an EU4Fam application. but this will take time to get all paper work together ( or do i put the application in and send the outstanding documents later ??)
Or do i apply for assylum? will this situation hinder any future application?
Does anyone have a Good Solicitors firm that i can contact?
Has anyone been in a similar situation that can give me some advice.
I will greatly appreciate any help on this forum!!
