not recvd biometric letter after acknowledgement

Hi there

I applied for my wife's naturalisation through NCS on 06/8/2015.

I received an email acknowledgement on 20th Aug, and the money was taken either on 19th or 20th.

But the thing is, I still haven't received a biometric letter for her, as it will be a week tomorrow since we received an acknowledgement.

Is this a normal waiting time?
