IHS Surcharge

Hi I'm new to the forum and would like advice on the NHS surcharge. My wife is applying for the second part of a 5 year route spouce visa, she currently pays a self employed national insurance stamp does she have to pay the NHS surcharge? Thanks

Yes, unless you are in the UK armed forces or your spouse is a New Zealand or Australian citizen.
