Dependent Settlement in the UK

Dear All,

My self and my wife got settlement visa in the UK on July'15. My daughter (8 years) is Tier 2 dependent visa (she is eligible but i didn't apply) and she is with me last 6 years.

I would like to apply for her settlement visa, could you please let me know application form and what documents I need to attach,

Also, I want to send by post. Is it ok ?
