Should Appendix 5 be completed and submitted along with the printed online application at www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk?

Or should appendix 5 only be submitted with VAF9 ?

I did some research and found mixed responses. Could anyone clarify this please?

Thanks

Hi mate - If you are claiming points for English, with your degree taught in English, you just need to enclose the PBS calculated points copy, in which your degree must have been scored 10 points.

Hi Shah1698,

In the Appendix 5, it is stated that, "Please ensure you also complete the main Personal Details form." Can you tell me where do I get the Personal Details form from or what exactly it is?

Thanks,
Agni

Hi, I think "personal details" it is reffering to your online visa form. I guess you already have filled it. You do not need to fill any separate form additional to the online form because you will mention everything there.

Just enclose PBS copy.

Hi Shah1698,

Superb. Thanks a lot. Yes I did a check and found out the same too. VAF9 is equivalent to the online visa application form.

Thanks,
Agni

Hi Shah1698,

I have submitted the online visa application. However, I was not redirected to any site or link where I could pay my IHS fee.

Please let me know how do I pay my IHS fee. Its urgent.

Thanks,
Agni

When did you start your application? Did you start your application on or before July 4th 2015?

Hi Shah,

I'm a bit confused. Was your below response for me?

I wanted to know if Appendix 5 be completed and submitted along with the printed online application at www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk?

Or should appendix 5 only be submitted with VAF9 ?

I did some research and found mixed responses. Could you clarify please?

Many thanks

I am filling out my dependent visa application (Tier 2 general partner), I think I have asked this question earlier but not received an answer.. but I am at lose to answer this - I would be grateful to you if you answer this question.

I am applying from India (Main applicant + dependents)

Partner application - In Main application section -

Q: Is the main applicant living in the UK? - I answered No

Q: What is the address where the main applicant works or studies?
Here is the problem - should I enter my current company address in India where I am working or the UK company address where I am going to join??

Please help as I need to submit my visa application this week.
Hi Shah,
What all documents you submitted for spouse? I am planning for the following
Marriage certificate
funds maintenance letter by sponser
TB test result

Do we need anything else for dependent?

- Original TB certificate
- 50 Photos of us (taken at different occasions, over the period of few years)
- Original Degree & Masters certificates of my wife
- CoS copy & funds maintenance letter issued by my sponsor
- Covering letter

Shah1698 wrote:Thanks mate. Is that correct to put the prospective employer details when the question clearly reads "where s/he works or studies.." it does mean where s/he is currently working, doesn't it?

If it were, "will work" or "going to work", would have been more sense to put prospective employer address there. Since main applicant is currently not working for prospective employer, is it correct to mention this here..?

But what I am thinking is that - let's put current employer details (where I am currently working in India), and mention UK employer details in additional information section

Moderators/ Senior members - Please share your thoughts, as from last 3 days or so I kept my application pending because of this uncertainty and not getting any advice.

It helps many people, please reply.
Hi,

I have a query to another question just after the question "What is the address where the main applicant works or studies?"

The question is " Start date or end date of the job ? "
- Does this mean start and end date of the current job in India or the dates mentioned in COS( job start and job end date). Please advise.

Thanks!
