FAST track with two limited companies

Dear All,

I am planning to go on FAST track ILR switch next year. As per my current situation, I have two limited companies and in first company i have 6 employees and in second 5 employees.

Do i have to show all employees in one limited company or i can go for a extension with my two limited companies with total of 10 employees.

Hi

You just need to create 10 full time jobs. Jobs in two companies is absolutely fine.

However, you should only be careful if you switched from PSW then the services of both companies should be above NQF level 4. If you got your visa based on £200,000 then the nature of business of your 2 companies does not matter.
