hi every body:

any boday here who have applied hear in May 2015
i want to tell my unique story:
aplied tier4 extesion: 04/2013
refused: 09/2013
apeeal won: 08/2014
then college closed.
then applied eea2 (unmarried partner) with romanain national
went for marriage in council during application
home office came on ceremony day in council and got interview for 2.5 hours and refused my eea2 (unmarried partner) application with right of appeal, appeal loghed on 01/04/2015
after one week 08/04/2015, our marriage alowed , no home office came for interview. marriade succesfully done

application sent: 20/05/2015
bio matric got: 10/06/2016
coa got: 27/06/2015
rc: waiting
on 13/07/2015, i was invited interiveiw at harrow VFS and there was video conference interview and i was asked that in had submitted ets TOIECE in 2013 in tier4 application.
now my question to all friend, that one side my appleal of (unmarried partner) application is pending and its hearing date 20/01/2016, secondly i have submitted a fresh application EEA (FM) after marriage. is it affects and is there would be problem and toice will alo affect my current application.

you wont get any problem with TOIECE, forget about it, it is just a test. and about your case i think everything will be alright but will take lots of time because your partner is romanian and they want to wait and confirm that your relationship is geniune, issuing RC is only based in the confirmation of genuinity of a relationship and nothing else

Sorry I havent commented here in a while, I have been quite ill.

Sadly, No news yet...
Its quite irritating as I had this visa before (EEA2) and I have been here from 2008. Surely, if my husband was exercising treaty rights before, he is definitely now? Im not sure why it has to take soooo long.. The HO is seriously in need of a change. They are driving people mad and driving people away from the UK. ON another note, we had a decline of 24% international students, all due to visas... they rather go to Australia than come here! Not good!
Im worried that they may have given me a visa already but are holding my passport because they are still processing my parents' and probably want to save the £5 postage it will cost!

I might be better requesting it back.
Any thoughts?

I emailed the CoA team today to ask if my CoA was ready and had been posted to me. Will let you know if this was any good. Might try calling, but all posts here are quite discouraging

when you get the visa i will be relieved a bit because you ll the first one from april. I am expecting myself in the end of october.

Found Raume's example of requesting documents/passports after biometrics was submitted but COA hasn't been delivered yet.
Good to know.

I also wanted to update my timeline here, as we just received the COA today, WITH right to work, which is amazing! We haven't been expecting this as we applied as unmarried partners, but I believe that must also be due to him having a valid BRP until mid 2016 which gives him the right to work...

I was called to interview in VFS it says interview will be max 30 mins i was in tier4 visa 2 years ago and had exam TOIeC but now waitin for my residence which i applied in may 11 . (This is my second residence card)

It took them 22 days to return the passport. They needed it to do 'checks' and somehow it took them 4 weeks!!'
