Leaving Country

HI evevry one
i alwyss join this forum for help and i found u pplzzz very helpful.
my hubby now going home and he want to apply from there for spouse visa.
he is over stayer and he is travling on travel document.
i just want to ask which airport is the best for leaving where they dont stop him?some body told me Manchester or Birmingham is beter.and early morning and evevning flight is best.is it rite?shall he use Manchester or Birmingham.
and please tel me if they stop him then what he say and do they take finger prints?
