Hi nora_804
From the date on your COA when you receive it

By law, it must be within six months from the date on which you SUBMIT the application (not receive COA).

Just wanted to update folk.

We had our interview at the office in liverpool last week.

We had been married less than a month when we submitted our Application.

I was interviewed first and I can assure everyone who is worried about the interview that there is nothing to worry about at all. The questions are very basic and the interviewer did not make me feel uncomfortable or as if I was facing the Spanish inquisition my husband and we both even got some pub recommendations from him.

I was interviewed for just less than an hour and he was interviewed for not more than 20 minutes. Just cross referencing our answers. We were told that we had simply not provided enough evidence and there is nothing to worry about.

stats so far are:
Application sent 30/03/2015
COA dated 2/04/2015 received 09/04/2015
interview: 28/08/2015
RC Pending

Hi! Can you please give a brief knowledge of what questions were asked ?[/quote]

From what I remember it was along the lines of the following:-
Where did you meet?
When did you meet?
When did you decide to get married?
Where did you get married?
How did you go there? Who went with you?
Who were your witnesses?
How many siblings do you have? How many siblings does your spouse have?
How long have you lived together?
Have you lived anywhere else together?
What are the names of your spouse's parents?
When did you both come to the UK?
What did you study?
what is your job title? What do you do day to day?
What is your spouse's job title? What does your spouse do day to day?
How much do you pay on student loans?
Do you own your house?
How much is the mortgage a month?
Who pays the bills?
What is your spouse's current project called?
What are your political affiliations?
Who was present at your wedding?
What does your husband drink?
What is your drink of choice?
When and where are you going on holiday next?
Anything you want to add to support your application?

It was very obvious that they will just ask you whatever questions they see fit...there was no questionnaire for them to follow.

Hope that helps :)

hi guys
i submitted my eea2 efm application (unmarried) on the 18th of august. i used an agency and the agency got the biometrics letter AND COA yesterday. i got them today. i was pretty surprised that they sent it together.

i'm a little confused. my agency told me that i have the right to work under section 3c but i have read online that it doesn't apply to residence cards. can someone confirm this? thanks
