The current issue is that the results are not bring uploaded to the UKVI server and but to not have taken the test day photo is a serious concern and violates the UKVI exam conditions as they would have no way to verify that your wife took the test :(

They can verify the results but they will have no way of knowing if she actually took the exam as its a requirement to use the test for visa purposes, so are you telling me when you check her results online you cannot see her photo

That's not good as its a strict requirement of UKVI but do dua who knows she may get appeal, can you post your appeal dates on here or on the appeal topic for us to see and it will help.

My wife passed KET test in August 2014. Even though they took a test day photo at grafton college it was not visible online on the Cambridge site. However we had no issues obtaining the visa.

@ zakikhan - Also haven't the test requirements changed now? As in KET is no longer an approved test provider (unless taken before April 2015). So anyone taking the KET exam after April 2015 will be refused the visa on that basis.

Things have changed now as there really clamping down on non IELTS test and they want any excuse to refuse your visa on these grounds so having the English test day photo online leaves them with no room for excuses to not issue the visa

Your UK visa application is currently under consideration at the British High Commission in Islamabad.
Unfortunately, the processing of your application has been delayed while we undertake further checks. This means that we will be unable to make a decision within our published customer service standards.

We will conclude your case as soon as possible and we will email you when your documents have been returned to the Visa Application Centre. You will then be contacted again when your documents are ready for collection. Please do not go to the Visa Application Centre before you have been advised to do so.

We apologise for this delay. Please avoid making any travel arrangements until you have collected your passport.

We would be grateful if you could keep your correspondence to a minimum during the consideration process of your application. If however you need to contact us or would like to track the progress of your case, you can do so via our International Enquiry Service at: http://www.gov.uk/contact-ukvi-outside-uk.

Kind regards,

Alhamdulillah Visa has been granted to my wife and finally my wait is over.

Special thanks to 'SajadUK,stillwaiting12 and adna.

Now I would like to say big thank you to everyone on this forum who helped me during my wait from the high commission. I wish and pray for all of you to get positive reply regarding your visa.

I would like to mention few points ere that may help someone else.
1) My wife appeared in exam KET (Computer based )taken on 25-March-2015 in Grafton college Islamabad. They did not take any picture of her on the exam day but she was asked to provide them her phot at the exam registration time which she provided. She told that there were few people on exam day who did not have photo with them and did not provide them phots.Perhaps Cambridge verification system is not verifying for only those applicants who have not provided the photo.
2) I provided all 6 months my bank (stamp) statement that were dated before application date and also one more bank statement that was dated after the application date.
3) Visa was issued on 28-August-2015 but had reply from UKVI on 31-AUG-2015 for my escalation stating that application is in queue.
4) Received processed email on 1st September, on 1st September I login to NHS online portal and option was there for me to refund request however it was removed on 2-septmber.
5) Received text on 3-SEP and passport collected on same day.

The visa test themselves must take the photo as confirmed by Cambridge English but the issue is not with the photos it's the results cannot be seen on the UKVI portal
