FLR(M) from Tier 2

Post by aglaya » Fri Sep 04, 2015 3:38 pm

Hi,

Apologies if this is a stupid question. But if I am applying from FLR(M) from Tier 2, do I need to provide correspondence evidence? In the application it does state 'since your last grant of leave in this category' and I am in a different category applying for the first time, but doesn't that mean I have to leave this box unchecked?

Thank you so much!

Location: does it matter?

I believe you mean "evidence of cohabitation through items of correspondence" (?).
Are you married to the sponsor (since when) or applying as a unmarried partner?
Life isn't fair, but you can be!

Hi, thank you for reply.

I am married since 1st of August but currently still on Tier 2 visa. I want to change to FLR(M) rather than extend my Tier 2 again.
