Rana Ali my personal suggestion is that you should contact HO after 09/09/15.... They will tell you about your case update and then on the basis of that information you can try other channels eg MP etc

Not only adhering to time frame also not bothering to send approval letters through recorded or 1st class… as people getting their letters around after 10 days of approval!!

I agree that service standard is terrible, but I think people getting their letter after 10 days is not down to 2nd class post. Post only takes 2 days, try sending yourself one.

I think they are printing the letter and then either holding it so they can batch them together or it goes through final check by senior case worker. Either way its a rubbish process.
