Submitted application on 31 July ' 15.
Received biometric enrollment letter on 8 August.
Submitted biometrics on 8 August.

Can someone please confirm that I can request for our passports back from HO Passports Contact form?

I and my wife are going immigration reporting centre monthly but now HO has increased my reporting date to 3 months and my wife s reporting monthly . Befor that we were going monthly on the same date since last 6 months . I don't why they changed our dares . Kindly advise me thjx

EEA (extented family member)- unmarried partner application

24.04 Application sent
29.04 Payment taken
13.05 Biometrics given
19.05 COA received (with right to work)
19.05 Requested passports back
03.06 Passports returned

waiting for RC

I applied in April as well. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we'll start getting them in a few weeks, but I'm not expecting much.
My timeline is as follows:
Application sent 19.04
COA dated 28.04.
Requested passports back 03.08.
Still waiting on passports and RC.

I'm really nervous about my passport. I need to go back to Australia for a cousins wedding in September and I know I should have requested them earlier but I just wanted the home office to have them for as long as possible. I thought asking for them more than a month in advance would be enough, but now I'm not so sure
How long has it been taking everyone else to get their passports back?

Hey Chalkycheese, I managed to get passports back 10 working days after asking for them, but maybe it's a little slower in August (since it seems everyone is on holiday?!) But I would definitely guess that a month in advance is plenty of time.
Fingers crossed for your passports back in time & for a quick RC!

iv submitted mine Married EEA2 on December and did not receive anything apart from COA with right to wrok.
its been over 6 month . rung them may times and got same response which is (STILL IN PROCESS).....

call from HO today , Still under process !!!! STRESS UNDER PROCESS !!!

No, it's the exact same letter that I received August 3!!!!! I am sitting here looking at both copies. The only differences are my case number is different and their "Ref" is different. Totally bizarre!

Hi Brizzel! This is appalling and very disturbing for the rest of us who are also waiting their CoAs.. I do hope it is just a glitch and you don't have to enrol your biometrics twice

Definitely phone them and maybe email at the same time with scans of both letters

You better give them a call so you don't have to do biometrics again and save time. Just have your receipt from the Post Office as proof of your biometrics enrollment.
