AN Form Questions/Help

Post by techguy007 » Mon Sep 07, 2015 9:19 pm

Hi,

Can you kindly let me know what option should i select for the below mentioned sections.

I received 1 BRP card for the 2 years unmarried spouse visa - 2011 and ILR on 2013.

6.1 - Yes or No? BRP with a previous application to leave. Does that correspond to the 2 year unmarried spouse visa BRP?

I only have the BRP for ILR. I cannot remember what happened to the 2 years spousal visa BRP. Maybe i posted to the HO and they did not returned that to me

Cheers

Answer yes and it is the ILR BRP that is relevant and the details you need to provide.

Your unmarried partner BRP would have been retained by HO when you applied for ILR.

AN form 1.48 - Details of your Employment ( 2 Jobs)

Post by techguy007 » Mon Sep 07, 2015 10:00 pm

Hi,
I have 2 jobs and in the form I just entered my Main job details and Tax reference details.
But in the Employment history I did mention about my other job too.

Is this ok? But 2nd Job tax reference is different and i have no place to mention the tax office/reference details in the 1.48 section. What should I do?

It really is not necessary to start a new thread with every single question you have on your AN form application. Please stick to one thread/topic with all your queries.

Multiple Posting (Click)l
Please create and use one topic for your queries regarding a specific topic / immigration application (e.g. - settlement, PBS, naturalisation). This helps people to get a view of your immigration history under one topic and helps them to answer your queries better.
Form question topics now merged.

You could add such additional info in the 'additional/further info' section of the form (& cross-reference to the original question number).

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Hi,

Question 2.1 Date and place of first arrival to the uk.

My wife used to live in Ireland before and she came for a short visit - (C- Visit 6 months 06/03/01 to 06/09/01 issued from Dublin)(1st instance of arriving to the UK) on 2001.
Her place of arrival was Luton airport and nothing was stamped on the passport. Only the 6 months visa period was mentioned in the passport.
She came to Uk for long term stay from 2008 and also the arrival date was not stamped as she came from dublin and landed at Luton airport. Only the visa period is printed on the passport.

So what date should she use as Date and place of arrival in the UK

Cheers
