I wouldn't use a PEO for SE cases, too many imponderables, plus the case worker will mostly likely want to check with HMRC for any tax discrepancies, so I reckon your app would just be referred back office into the postal queue with all the others.

@wanderer ; thank you for the reply. If the tax are in-order and I provide the evidence of the economic activity for past 5 years including this current years tax being filled and paid. Through the SA302 for past 5 years will you still suggest the same.

@go12;thank you for the reply. Croydon, Sheffield, Solihull takes self-employment cases . Just wanted to know if anybody been to Solihull ( Birmingham) . As its near my place and is convenient to go for me. so wanted some review from member's and friends.

Any other members who have been there , please share your experience. Please share your experience as well if you or you know your friend went to other PEO in self employment case.

Hi Mate.

No doubt . SE cases are tricky but it inst always ends up in a queue of deferred application for further checks.
Employment cases are no wonder process faster then SE, but some time they get stuck as well.

I would say if everything is in order. you should go for it.. and leave the rest on luck.

I think the first thing they try to look whether the person is paying tax on the claimed amount and whether the business is running /genuine which I think they decide from the HMRC tax papers. I think if the tax papers is in order and there is prompt payment every year it should be easy for the case worker for self employment cases.
