Dependent on Fixed Term Contract

My wife is dependent for me and she is already in fixed term contract with a company. Her contract is coming to end in November but visa is valid until April 2018. The company is willing to make her permanent. Does she require Tier 2 sponsorship to work in permanent position? Please advice.

No, she can continue to work on her current PBS Dependent visa. She does not need a Tier 2 sponsorship.
