Evidence for self employment income and ilr for spouse

Hi I need some clarification regarding self employment income proof.

My spouse hot 2 years visa under old rules , now need to apply for her ILR . For adequate maintenance I need to add my self employed income as well though very small amount .

My questions is do I have to submit my last years account + tax return + proof of ni payment +statement of account.

I am applying end of the September 2015.

Do I also need to show income after 6 April 2015?

What are the rules regarding this ?
