hi guy's i have recently got ilr on basis of long residency
now im planning to apply for my wife flrm

i got my own business from which im taking my salary
my wife works for a company she is getting her salary to
our combined income is more than 18,600

i have booked premium appointment for Monday at Liverpool

the document i have prepaid are

my wife:
6 month pay slips
6 month bank statement
marriage certificate ( we got married here)
masters certificate

my documents :
6 month pay slips
6 month bank statement
accountant letter confirming my earning and taxation

cohabtation documents:

her dvla
BT bill
mobile bills

both the passport and biometric card.

please do let me know if i need some more documents as im so stressed about this and don't have money to pay for lawyer.

are they gona ask me any questions.?

You need more joint or individually named cohabitation documents spanning the last 2 years.

Online payment of the NHS surcharge £500. CR001 is right...you need evidence of co-habitation. At least 6 documents in joint names spread as evenly as possible over the 2.5 year period or 12 in single names.

my details:

5 month statement confirming my pay
my company audit report for company for 2 years
my accountant letter
dvla
telephone bill
mobile bil

my only concern is i have got 5 months of statement and only realized it now and don't have time to get printed from bank
please guys should i go for appointment or not please guide me.

my wife vissa is until 2017
if she dosn't get visa what gonna happen to her current stay?

I would be worried about the five months of pay slips. They can be very precise about requirements. Hopefully it will work out for you as you have no time to get the sixth payslip. I do not understand though the statement that your wife's visa is valid until 2017. Maybe I am missing something.

congratulations for your ILR
if you dont mind, can you tell me please how did u apply for ILR i mean by post or PEO. Also, did u were on TIER visa category.
I am asking that coz i am applying under 10 years long residency in 2 weeks, and i got tier 1 general on the basis of part self and part employed.
