when did you make the application and where?

HI there
i don't think so solvit can help. because they can help jest getting your answer in time
again depend upon the Reasons of refusal.

well my refusal says i have NON-GRO marriage certificate which is not attested by the notary public and certified and also not legalized by FCO.so its my fault nothing to do with irish visa office..moreover all of you guys who are waiting for there results have to push the visa office dublin by email telephone etc thats the only remedy for this disease..becuase they dont give two monkeys about your case they do not care how pissed you are.they do not care for your frustration.and solveit is going to help only once you get refusal before that even they will tell you that in directive 2004/38/ec its not written that it will take 4 weeks.it only says accelerated process.. i was told the same by solveit but all i did was i BOMBARDED them with emails calls and faxes lol...
end result is infornt you all....so just pull your socks and start the war on terrorism lol.....

Well dublin seems to have been bombarded with quite a lot of cases, they are taking really long now a days. Anyways about the marriage certificate - I have got the urdu and english translated nikkah nama and the NADRA marriage certificate. I will go ministry of foreign affairs to get it attested and stamped.

Will that suffice ???

pti2323

I cannot advise as to whether this would be sufficient. My understanding is that you have to do everything
from your side like you said english translation of your nikah nama, attestation etc it solely depends on your
personal circumstances.it seems like your case is more straight forward i hope you will be approved..
GOOD LUCK....

Hi every one.
Me and two sons are British citizen. I applied for my spouse EUTR accompany visa to Ireland embassy Abu Dhabi in early May 2015. We sent all the necessary documents by post to Irish embassy Abu Dhabi because they don't have embassy in Kabul.
Since I have made the application four months have been passed and still no answer. I sent email to Abu Dhabi embassy they reply long backlog and waiting permission from Dublin to decide on the application. Contacted solvit UK five weeks ago they said they have registered my complaint to their database will get in touch once we receive a reply.
Can any of you give me an advice what step should I take to get an answer from them?
Thanks.

hi is it really necessary to declare immigration history of uk? i dnt think it should matter in family permit case. as they can not solely refuse on the basis of not declaring everything of uk history.

If UK refused on ground of marriage of convenience, then Ireland will know and it will be relevant to them.

They may refuse and use UK refusal as a justification, if it was not appealed or there is no material change of circumstances .
