Ohhh yes, thanks for remembering! She passed AS1 in March 2014 and is valid till 5th Nov 2015CR001 wrote:English A1 certificate?
Sure? I thought they need some time of evidence showing she is not convicted!CR001 wrote:Police letters not needed. Birth certs not needed
Not sure if I understood it right, but it is the very 1st Spouse Visa Application,CR001 wrote:Is it entry clearance or FLR(M) in country application?
True, but the other threats have not much to do with this specifics.CR001 wrote:You have many posts, it is unreasonable to expect people to go back and read everything you have posted previously, which is why we ask members to stick to one thread rather than create multiple threads on the same topic.

What!?? ru serious!!!shakoorh wrote:You will have to use category B not A if your employer changed and provide 12 months slips/statements and the last 12 months of gross pay ( add up each month) needs to add up to over £18,600.
Alternatively you will have to wait 3 months.
well that is what it says in contractCasa wrote:You will confuse the case worker (as you did me) by mentioning 'benefits' added to your income. I assume you mean 'bonuses'?
Then you are OK. You mentioned something about a different job 3 months ago that was what confused me.Bucki wrote:What!?? ru serious!!!shakoorh wrote:You will have to use category B not A if your employer changed and provide 12 months slips/statements and the last 12 months of gross pay ( add up each month) needs to add up to over £18,600.

I am at the current job for 6 month (by the end of this month)
so Cat A is saying "ru at current job for 6 month"
why are you saying Cat B!!!!
could I start the online visa application next week and then allocate the date for beginning of october!?shakoorh wrote:Answer to 3.22 is no if you have been with the same employer for 6 Months. And yeah category A is fine then, you only have to show 6 months bank statements and payslips.
DO NOT DO THAT. I made this mistake and my application was refused because the documents need to be within 28 days of the application date. I thought this meant biometric date, but it is when you submit the online application!! If you submit early they will say you haven’t provided enough bank statements and payslips.Bucki wrote:could I start the online visa application next week and then allocate the date for beginning of october!?shakoorh wrote:Answer to 3.22 is no if you have been with the same employer for 6 Months. reason:
my 6th payslip will be ready by end of this month!
also, so I can get the application soon as ,
due to A1Test is valid till 5th Nov!
Finally;
is there a fast track of the process!?
or can they give an answer within 2 month?
thanks
Good point actually!! Thanksshakoorh wrote:DO NOT DO THAT. I made this mistake and my application was refused because the documents need to be within 28 days of the application date. Learn from my mistake. Wait until 1st October, pay and do submit the online application then. Then order your latest bank statement from the bank, book an appointment later for Spouse, the statement will come by then hopefully.
I am going to do this too inshaallah. I hope your spouse gets a visa soon.
2. Test is valid as you will still apply before 5 November
3. No Fast Track option. Gerrys have a VIP thing sometimes but it is not worth it, it is just quicker to get seen in their office and doesn't affect the Visa application process. Though depends where you are applying from.
Remember; I am british and my wife is back home joining me in UK, she will be applying for spouse visa and I will fill it out for her online. You don't need to continue. You need to pay the IHS in your visa application if you're applying from outside the UK.
You've posted in so many different threads, it's time consuming to collate all of your information! You need to pay the NHS surcharge separately to your visa application.Bucki wrote:- Yes, she passed EASOL in 2014 and is valid till 5th Nov, and we applying now this coming few days!
- Yes, she will be handing over her Passport (forgot to mention on the list)
- Landlord letter sent can be seen here:
