I know! So exciting! They send back all my documents with two letters. One was for my husband with his registration certificate and the other was for me saying that my residence card is being sent separately within 10 working days

It seems this week, things are moving for those who wait for RC and who wait for COA. Probably Home Office Staff come back from summer holidays.
To my knowledge, NIN is not coming with COA. We need to apply ourselves. Make an appointment and then take our own passport and visa (either coa letter, or RC ,or Family permit...) to go there. They would issue your NIN number in the one or two weeks.

First off Congrats and this is great news indeed. It gives us all who applied after the biometrics introduction get a yardstick measure of how long it takes for the new form. So from your timelines it still seems to be within the 5 months window - similar to the average time it takes with the old process. So biometrics does not seem to delay the process (Except for the part of getting the COA in a months time now as opposed to 2 weeks earlier ) Would that be a right statement? I applied on May 11th and feeling pretty excited/anxious and numerous other emotions at the same time based on your timeline

I sent my application 05/09/2015, they recieved it on 08/09 and today they took the payment.

I'm applying for RC EEA(FM). Venezuelan married to a Portuguese (gay couple).

We got one interview by phone (45min) when I applied for EEA family permit in November last year before coming to UK. Do you think we'll be contacted again for another interview? We're moving next month (we're living in a shared house, but we found a flat for us). So, we need to update proof of address during the application? Or just change the address via Internet?

Thats good, fingers crossed we should start receiving our RC by end of October/first week in November.
I called HO on the 0300 number today and was told they are now working on applications submitted in April.
I have however submitted a request for my spouse's passport and my passport including my RC issued by the Germany authorities to be returned.Hopefully the passports and RC will be returned by the end of September.

hi there, send my application EEA2 via a lawyer ON 31/07/2015 by special delivery, it was received by home office 04/08/2015.
however, the application fees have still not been deducted from my account and no acknowledgement letter up to now.

Any advice thank you.

Did you receive biometric letter?
If you did not, I think you could call 03001232253.
According to documents that Home office issued, they will not begin to consider application until payment is cleared.

I cant stop thanking God , i just received my CoA with right to make money , dated : 09/09, received : 12/09. Goodluck to all other july/august/september applicants still waiting, i strongly recommend you send email to them requesting CoA once is more than 15 working days.
