What is the nature of the case?

Some Zambrano case can be complex especially in the UK.

In fact there is one before the CJEU at present.

Some are easy, especially if father or mother don't have status and child has citizenship of the host state.

Using a lawyer will have no benefit on 'making things quicker'. HO take the time they need to process applications and there is nothing you or anyone else can do but wait.

I think the application is an Irish based application.

I think I must have caused confusion by using UK as a point of reference.

Zambrano application following from the CJEU case of Ruis Zambrano, where the CJEU ruled that the parent or primary carer of a national of a host state , should be issued right of residence , if removing the parent will require the child who is a national of that state to leave that host state aswell.

It is a ruling that is applied to all the 28 states of the EU.
