UKBA Site visit

Post by chami007 » Sun Sep 13, 2015 6:17 pm

Hi, Can someone please give me an advice. recently UKBA visit our office to check my visa.
the UKBA lady complaint about company failed to maintain employee records correctly (company haven't got copy of my passport). She said she is going to open a case against us. and she asked us to email all the documents to her within a day including my degree certification and labour market test info (we did). My other problem is when company apply for cos they menstioned my salary as 26k but they gave me 24k only.( but the cap for that job title is 22k according to SOC). Am i in some kind of trouble? how long will it take to get a reply from the UKBA ?

According to rules your salary must be same what is advertised on RLMT even if it is above soc code.

Yes. Why did they declare a false amount? :?
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
