my son born in uk and 3 and 2 months just started to school can my son apply under human rights act the application,so which application can he apply ,he is eligible for this application.

our staus is tier1 entrprenuer visa refused and all cases is court what will be effect anything we can do to stand in uk on basis of children my daughter completed 5 years in uk on basis on my daughter can we apply for any sort of application to apply for it

actually I came in student visa on a August 6th 2010
completed course 2011
psw granted 2011 to 2013 9th step.
then applied tier entrepreneur visa on 2013
rejected on 1/01/2014
ft appeal dissmiss on June 2014
upper tribunal refused on 1 Jan 2015
then applied for judicial review on 2/02/2015
JR appeal refused
then now applied for court of appeal on July 21st 2015 , case issue , still waiting for permission , court fee remission allowed , still waiting the permission.
like that we complete 5 years in UK legally,
my two sons born in UK and my daughter studied here in UK from 1 to 5th class in UK and now she is in 6th class going school in UK she is 10 years old ,
so any guys can advice which application I can apply for my children's basis ,we have right to live in UK on human rights , reply me plc
