Tier 2 ICT dependent to Tier 2 General switch

Post by woodie » Mon Sep 14, 2015 7:17 pm

Hi
i am currently on tier2 ict dependent visa along with my son, my husband is t2 ict main applicant.
My firm is applying for t2g visa and at the same time i am applying for t2g dependent for my son. My husband will still be on t2ict.
Now since solicitor fees is quite a lot, we ll apply for my visa through solicitor provided by my firm & for our son we ll apply at the same time.
Just want to check if that is fine?
Any sample letter from father required?

You will need to apply from Home country.

Your sponsor will need to complete the required RLMT and assign you with Restricted COS.

Your child can apply at the same time as your's.

No such sample letter is required, however including a covering letter from father would do no harm.
Parent details will anyway be furnished as part of the child application.
Include, child birth certificate, passport copies and current visa copies of father.
