Stamp in the Salary slips

Post by rpsarangi » Mon Sep 14, 2015 11:00 pm

Hi members,
I have come across an issue while preparing my papers .. please help.

My salary slips are online ...so My company is ready to print that in the office pad ( Office stationary ) and the Manager is going to sign it saying ' True copy attested ' .. but my company doesn't have a stamp to stamp the paper.

My question is : is the necessary to stamp and sign the paper even if it the salary slip is printed in office pad and signed by the manager/??

Please answer to my query
thank you all..

No need for stamp on payslips I think - as per immigration rules

6A. Points will only be awarded for money earned in the UK if the applicant provides the following specified documents:
(a) If the applicant is a salaried employee, the specified documents are at least one of the following:
(i) payslips confirming his earnings, which must be either:
(1) original formal payslips issued by the employer and showing the employer’s name, or
(2) accompanied by a letter from the applicant’s employer, on company headed paper and signed by a senior official, confirming the payslips are authentic;

Thank you for the reply.
Yes I need them for the ILR.
The salary slips are not posted and are available online which could be printed if nessassary.
So if I print them in company headed paper and let my manager sign it will that be ok..
do I need an additional letter too saying that the printed salary slip is original?

Thank you for the reply.
I will make the salary slip printed in the company headed paper and attest that from manager saying that its true and genuine.
will get a letter with all the details of the salary and signed in a company headed paper
and will get another letter too saying that the company doesn't operate with stamps .
I think that will be ok for the case worker.

Hi , As you see from our discussion in this thread.
I think that if you print that the letter head of the company and make them sign by the relevant authority , that should be ok. which says in the appendix A of the immigration act.

Bank statement printed in the paper needs to be stamped and signed by the bank.
